How ALVANY shipping works
ALVANY shipping is simple, because we would rather you thought about the piece. Once you place an order, we send a written confirmation straight away. Then we check the piece by hand, wrap it, and pass it to the courier. As soon as it leaves us, a second note follows with the courier’s tracking link.
Following your order
Every parcel is tracked from our hands to your door. You can follow it from the link in your dispatch note. Alternatively, enter your order number on our order tracking page, and we will show you where it is.
Customs and duties
We do not charge for delivery. However, some countries apply import duties or taxes when a parcel arrives. Those charges are set by your local customs office, so they are yours to pay. If you are unsure, your customs office can tell you what applies before you order.
Gift-ready, always
Every piece leaves us in our signature wrapping, with a pouch so that it travels and rests well. If the order is a gift, there is no price on any note we enclose.
If something is not right
Occasionally a parcel is delayed, or arrives in less than perfect condition. In that case, please write to us and we will put it right. You also have thirty days to change your mind — our returns page explains how.
