Order tracking takes one detail: either the order number from your confirmation email, or the courier’s tracking number from your dispatch email. Enter it below, and we will show you where your order is.

Dispatched
Your order has left us. The dispatch email carries the courier’s tracking number, which works here too.
Where to find your numbers
Your order number is in the subject line of the confirmation email we sent when you ordered. If you have an account, it is also listed under Orders once you sign in. The tracking number arrives with your dispatch email. Cannot find either? Write to us with the name and email address on the order, and we will look it up.
How long delivery takes
Most orders are ready within one to two working days. After that, delivery usually takes three to seven working days, depending on the destination. Our shipping page has the detail, including customs.
