How do I place an order?
Add the piece to your bag, then follow the checkout. You will receive a written confirmation the moment the order is placed, and a second note when it leaves us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major cards, and the usual digital wallets at checkout. Every transaction is encrypted end to end — nothing sensitive is stored on our side.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
If it has not yet been dispatched, yes — write to us quickly at care@alvany.com with your order number and we will take care of it.
Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. Complimentary shipping is included on every order, wherever you are.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders are prepared within one to two working days. Delivery is typically three to seven working days, depending on the destination.
Will my order arrive gift-ready?
Always. Every piece leaves us wrapped in our signature packaging, with no price on any enclosed note.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns policy?
Thirty days. If a piece is not right, return it unworn and in its original packaging for an exchange or a full refund.
How do I start a return?
Write to care@alvany.com with your order number and we will send a prepaid label and simple instructions.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the piece reaching us.
Sizing & Fit
How do I find my ring size?
Measure the inside diameter of a ring you already wear, or ask any jeweller to size you. If you are between sizes, take the larger.
Can necklaces and bracelets be adjusted?
Many of our chains carry an adjuster loop. Where a piece runs to a fixed length, it is noted clearly on the product page.
Care & Materials
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep it away from water, perfume and cosmetics, and store each piece in its pouch. A soft, dry cloth keeps gold plating bright for years.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Our gold-plated pieces are made for sensitive skin. Specific materials are listed on each product page.
