You have thirty days from the day your order arrives to decide whether a piece is right.
A prepaid label
Tell us your order number and we send a prepaid label, with simple instructions.
Refunded in five days
Once the piece reaches us, we refund your original payment method within five working days.
How ALVANY returns work
ALVANY returns are meant to be as calm as the purchase. If a piece is not right, you may send it back for an exchange or a full refund. There is no form to print and no reason to justify.
- Write to us. Email care@alvanyconcepts.com with your order number.
- Pack the piece. Place it, unworn, in its original packaging, and attach the prepaid label we send you.
- Hand it over. Give the parcel to the courier named on the label. Keep the receipt until your refund arrives.
The condition we ask for
Please return each piece unworn and in its original packaging, with its pouch. That way, it can go to its next home in the state you would expect to receive it yourself.
Exchanges
Would you prefer a different piece? Simply tell us which one when you write. As soon as your return reaches us, we send the new piece, and we settle any difference in price with you first.
If a piece arrives damaged
We check everything before it leaves. Even so, if a piece arrives damaged or faulty, tell us straight away and we will replace it or refund you. A photograph helps us put it right quickly.
